VA Loan Interest Rates

Historically many eligible men and women in the military or veterans had the misfortune of being told that VA interest rates were higher than say a conventional or NON VA loan.  This is absolutley not true!  In general a VA loan interest rate will be much lower over the life of the loan than a non VA interest rate

VA Rates can be for 30 yr 25 yr 20 yr 15 yr or for hybrid loans

VA hybrid rates will be much lower than any fixed rate.  Currently our VA hybrid rates are at 3.25%-3.75%

15 yr rates are lower than 30 yr rates

20-25-30 yr fixed rates will be the highest rates you can get on a VA loan.
